PRESIDENT

As President of Dart Real Estate, Jackie is responsible for a diverse property portfolio. Providing guidance from a project’s inception through to management of the physical asset, she ensures the company’s goals and strategies align with owner and shareholder Kenneth B. Dart’s vision and values. Having joined Dart in 2003 as Vice President of Sales & Leasing, Jackie was part of the leadership team guiding the conceptualisation of Camana Bay and the partnership with the Cayman Islands Government known as the NRA Agreement.

The Cayman Islands has been Jackie’s home since childhood. She has a BA in Psychology and a Juris Doctorate with honours from the University of Florida Law School. She joined Dart in 2003 and, over the past 13 years, has been instrumental in bringing Dart Real Estate developments to life.

DAVID SEERMAN

DAVID SEERMAN

VICE PRESIDENT, SALES

David is an expert in the sales, marketing and development of ultra-luxury real estate and hotels. His decade-long experience in real estate is coupled with a background in finance, market trends, taxation and regulation which enables him to appreciate the intricacies and complexities of luxury buying and selling. David’s work has spanned across the Caribbean region where he has sold more than half a billion dollars’ worth of properties.

As the Vice President of Sales, David manages a team dedicated to selling The Residences at Seafire - Dart Real Estate's first for-sale residential property - as well as identifying new residential development and investment opportunities for Dart Real Estate.

David is originally from Long Island, New York and is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans, USA.

DANIEL PURDY

DANIEL PURDY

VICE PRESIDENT, LEASING

Daniel brings over 10 years’ experience in commercial leasing to the Dart Real Estate team. As the Vice President of Leasing, he is involved in tenant retention, contract negotiation, revenue generation and streamlining the process of leasing office or retail space within Camana Bay, Regatta Office Park, Island Plaza and Flagship Building.

Before relocating to the Cayman Islands, Daniel’s professional career was largely based in the state of California, USA, where he oversaw the leasing of a US-based public REIT real estate portfolio, which consisted of multiple offices, industrial parks, research and development and flex projects totaling over three million square feet of commercial space.

TOM MADDEN

TOM MADDEN

VICE PRESIDENT, ASSET MANAGEMENT

Tom has over 15 years' of diverse commercial real estate experience from both Canada and the Cayman Islands. In his role as VP of Asset Management, he provides guidance and support to a cross functional real estate team responsible for a portfolio of mixed-use income-producing properties in Grand Cayman. He's actively involved with establishing strategic objectives and overseeing capital spending and operational initiatives that optimise performance, improve market positioning and enhance long term portfolio value.

Tom holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. Francis Xavier University. In addition, he acquired various accreditations from the Urban Land Institute, Building Owners & Managers Association, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, as well as Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.

LINDA PODLASKI

VICE PRESIDENT, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Linda brings to the team over 25 years’ experience in property and facilities management, client and tenant relations and lease administration. Her role as head of the property management team involves capital planning, tenant improvements and overseeing over one million square feet of operating assets, including mixed-use community areas, offices and retail space, residential properties, a harbour and a marina, sports venues and undeveloped land.

Linda moved to the Cayman Islands from Tampa, where she previously held similar roles with major developers and property management firms. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree (summa cum laude) from Eckerd College as well as several certifications in sustainability and real estate management.

SUE NICKASON

VICE PRESIDENT, REAL ESTATE MARKETING

Sue and her team are responsible for marketing Dart Real Estate properties, including Camana Bay, Provenance Properties and new developments. She has worked in marketing and development in the recreational property industry for over 20 years. Her experience includes working with independent hotels and resorts, shared ownership properties, mixed use communities and condotels. She is highly experienced in working with developers from concept development and market assessment through to market implementation and operation.

Originally from Canada, Sue moved to the Caribbean seven years ago. She holds a MBA in Marketing (with Distinction) from the School of Hotel Administration at the University of Guelph, and a BA (Honours) from Mount Allison University, as well as certificates in economic development, adult education, customer service, revenue management and communications.

CHIP OGILVIE

DIRECTOR, PROPERTY OPERATIONS

Chip has over 20 years’ experience in facilities management and, in his role at Dart Real Estate, is ultimately responsible for the maintenance and operations of all Dart facilities in the Cayman Islands. His extended team manages the smooth, uninterrupted, economic and safe operations of all facilities, such as the district cooling plan and the data center at Camana Bay.

Chip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has been certified as a Facility Manager (CFM) through the International Facility Management Association. His many years within the industry has led him to be a firm believer in alternative energy and actively promotes viable energy sources Dart Real Estate’s projects.

TOM SPERANDEO

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

With advanced knowledge and experience in engineering, construction and development, Tom shepherds development projects from inception to turnover. As Director of Development, he ensures a seamless transition of built assets from Dart Development to the Dart Real Estate property management, leasing and sales teams. He's involved in master-planning and project, asset and strata management and serves as the primary liaison for ongoing construction projects.

His background in development and engineering spans both the Cayman Islands and the U.S..He is a veteran of the US Navy where he served as Nuclear Reactor Operator. Tom is a Certified Engineering Operations Executive and holds a professional certification in Real Estate Asset Management and Development from Cornell University.

AIMEE BUSH

AIMEE BUSH

VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE

As the Vice President of Finance, Aimee oversees the budgets and accounting processes of all Dart Real Estate companies and assets. Her role involves analysing the companies’ financial and operating results, group risk management, overseeing internal controls and standard operating procedures, forecasting and handling of cash flow.

She brings over 20 years’ experience in accounting, audit and tax – 14 of which were dedicated to the real estate and development industry – and has previously held positions as the Chief Financial Officer at a real estate company in Lafayette, IN and Audit Manager at a major accounting, tax and advisory firm in Charlotte, NC. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Purdue University.

SENIOR MANAGER, EXPERIENCES & ENGAGEMENT

Kristy has been with Dart Real Estate for over 10 years. She has worked her way through several teams, including the executive office, leasing, operations and marketing before she settled into her current role as Senior Manager, Experiences and Engagement. Today, she and her team orchestrate the robust event portfolio of weekly rituals and seasonal affairs at Camana Bay which leave lasting impressions on the visitors and residents of Grand Cayman.

Kristy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish, with a French minor (Magna Cum Laude) from The University of the West Indies in Trinidad. She has also trained professionally in the areas of hospitality and tourism, project management and customer service excellence with local industry partners.
