The Caribbean Advertising Federation has awarded Dart Real Estate gold and silver awards in the ADDY® Awards, the world’s largest advertising competition, with over 50,000 entries annually. A video introducing The Residences at Seafire signature interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard titled “Martyn Lawrence Bullard – Where the Sun Ignites the Sea” won gold and was selected Judge’s Choice for Cinematography. Also, Camana Bay’s Christmas-themed video titled “Have the Most Wonderful Time” won silver in the 60-second television commercial category.
Camana Bay is a hidden gem of a town that is bursting with liveliness and family-friendly fun. I have never visited such a community-oriented Caribbean town that truly goes out of their way to get everyone involved, making it fun for all. From holiday celebrations, to gatherings at the local bookstore to farmers/artisans markets and beyond, this is a traveler’s dream.
Green is a central colour in the new Christmas decorations at Camana Bay this holiday season, but they are also green in a different way: all 40,000 lights on the new Christmas tree and all 3,000 strands throughout the Town Centre are energy-efficient LED bulbs.
With our strategic partners at Decco, we seek to convey meaning through thoughtful design and encourage people to develop an attachment to the physical environment. Successful placemaking happens through continuous innovation and nurturing, and we’re excited to share the latest news on the places to come.
SALT Technology Group is Camana Bay’s newest commercial tenant and its team of eight (and growing) has already brought the company’s unique personality to the Town Centre. SALT aims to remove the jargon from IT and help clients make smart decisions about technology.
Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd. has introduced a new customer service training program for all public-facing positions in Camana Bay, including its security, janitorial and facilities team members.
Camana Bay has been home to the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA), the country’s regulator of public accountants, for the last two years. Being based in the Town Centre offers the organisation a central location for any of its 1,000-plus members to pay a visit and the opportunity to be close by many of the financial offices also based in Camana Bay.
In addition to ongoing major infrastructure projects in the area and the construction of a new Class A office building, Dart has plans to build even more office buildings at Camana Bay, expand CIS and develop a large shopping plaza with integrated residential units, as well as a residential tower.
