More than 20 years ago the Dart family had a vision for a new town that would be the most desired, livable community in the Caribbean.

The Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa is Dart Real Estate’s first hotel, Kimpton’s first international property and Grand Cayman’s first new resort in more than a decade.

Flagship Building is an iconic structure centrally located in George Town, the capital of the Cayman Islands. Its name is an homage to the country’s seafaring heritage.
Upon acquisition of the property, Dart Real Estate renovated the building’s façade, adding wraparound verandahs and greatly enhancing its Caribbean character.
