Ken Dart is the owner and sole shareholder of Dart Real Estate, a Cayman Islands investment, development and management company. Dart Real Estate has developed more than US$1.5 billion in mixed-use, residential, commercial, recreational, educational and hospitality properties throughout the Cayman Islands and has committed to an additional $400 million investment in the next decade.

Ken Dart and his family first visited Grand Cayman in the late 1980s and fell in love with the island. Recognising the opportunities Cayman could offer as a place to make their home and base their businesses, he opened a small investment office in 1993 with a single employee, Mark VanDevelde, who is today Chief Executive Officer of Dart Enterprises. That investment office grew to become the base of Dart’s global operations and home to the Dart family office.

The attainment of this certification confirms that the Camana Bay data centre has achieved this industry benchmark for management controls and aligns the data centre with global technology standards.
