As President of Dart Real Estate, Jackie is responsible for a diverse property portfolio. Providing guidance from a project’s inception through to management of the physical asset, she ensures the company’s goals and strategies align with owner and shareholder Kenneth B. Dart’s vision and values. Having joined Dart in 2003 as Vice President of Sales & Leasing, Jackie was part of the leadership team guiding the conceptualisation of Camana Bay and the partnership with the Cayman Islands Government known as the NRA Agreement.
The Cayman Islands has been Jackie’s home since childhood. She has a BA in Psychology and a Juris Doctorate with honours from the University of Florida Law School. She joined Dart in 2003 and, over the past 13 years, has been instrumental in bringing Dart Real Estate developments to life.
Sue and her team are responsible for promoting the Cayman Islands value proposition, marketing and selling Dart Real Estate properties and listings represented by Provenance Properties, the official Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate in Cayman. Sue has worked in marketing and development with independent hotels and resort and resort-residential communities. She is highly experienced in working with developers from concept development and market assessment through to market implementation and operation. Originally from Canada, Sue moved to the Caribbean over a decade ago. She holds a MBA in Marketing (with Distinction) from the School of Hotel Administration at the University of Guelph, and a BA (Honours) from Mount Allison University, as well as certification in economic development, adult education, customer service, revenue management, investment migration and protocol.
Kristy has been with Dart Real Estate for over 10 years. She has worked her way through several teams, including the executive office, leasing, operations and marketing before she settled into her current role as Senior Manager, Experiences and Engagement. Today, she and her team orchestrate the robust event portfolio of weekly rituals and seasonal affairs at Camana Bay which leave lasting impressions on the visitors and residents of Grand Cayman.
Kristy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish, with a French minor (Magna Cum Laude) from The University of the West Indies in Trinidad. She has also trained professionally in the areas of hospitality and tourism, project management and customer service excellence with local industry partners.Email Kristy
