Cayman Islands Real Estate

February is proving to be an exciting and accomplished month for us as we announce two significant achievements. Our real estate brokerage, Provenance Properties Cayman Islands, has joined the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers’ Association. We are growing our provenance Properties team of luxury sales specialists and recently welcomed Fleur Coleman to the group. In addition, one of three southbound lanes on the new Esterley Tibbetts Highway will open today and construction will concurrently begin on the remaining lanes, which marks yet another milestone in the Third Amendment to the NRA Agreement between the Cayman Islands Government and Dart Real Estate.

In other news, we are pleased to share with you a new video that gives a holistic perspective of the Dart Real Estate story and our plans for the future, recently presented at the annual Chamber of Commerce Legislative Luncheon. We’re equally delighted to welcome accomplished actor and recording artist Will Smith and his family, along with other esteemed international speakers to this year’s CAIS event being held today and tomorrow at Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa.

Provenance Properties Joins CIREBA

The Provenance Properties Cayman Islands team continues to make strides in the real estate market as it announces its membership in the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA). As a member of CIREBA, the Provenance Properties team will now be a part of a professional network of local real estate brokers that offer a high level of competence and adhere to the association’s code of business standards. It also allows the Provenance Properties team to offer their clients a wider market to buy and sell real estate. Learn more at provenanceproperties.com.

Another Lane Opens on the New Esterley Tibbetts Highway

Today, the National Roads Authority, in partnership with our development team Decco, will officially open one of the new southbound lanes that borders the Esterley Tibbetts Highway median off the Camana Bay Town Centre Roundabout. Vehicular traffic will shift onto this new lane, while the existing lane closes to allow construction of the two additional southbound lanes. As a result, Maris Ave will temporarily close. Additionally, temporary road closures are taking place on Nexus Way and Forum Lane to facilitate utility and paving works required to open Emeritus Drive. Drivers are encouraged to take Bismarckia Way and Solaris Ave to access Camana Bay. Parents and faculty traveling to Cayman International School can enter and exit via Minerva Drive off the Camana Bay South Roundabout.

Dart Real Estate’s Story Shared at Chamber Luncheon

Over the last decade, we’ve embarked on a partnership with the Cayman Islands, by committing to create places and communities where people want to live their best lives; it is a badge of honour we’ve worn proudly. Last month, at the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce Legislative Luncheon, we highlighted our commitment to the Cayman Islands through our infrastructure, hospitality and real estate projects. Our flagship development Camana Bay is undergoing a period of growth – see how life will blossom by watching the video.

The Digital Future Meets Tennis Legends This Weekend

The Cayman Alternative Investment Summit (CAIS) began today, bringing together leading thinkers and decision makers from the global alternative investment industry. Dart Real Estate is a proud sponsor of the event, which is being held at Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa. If you will be attending CAIS, please drop by our booth for a “virtual” show. The focus of this year’s summit is ‘Anchoring into the Digital Future’ and includes an appearance by Sophia the Robot. Following the summit’s keynote address by two-time Academy Award nominee and Grammy Award winner Will Smith, Camana Bay will once again host Legends, a world-class annual tennis showcase. Click here to secure your ticket to witness first-hand the tennis greats Sloane Stephens, Jimmy Connors, Pat Cash, Stefan Edberg and Claire Liu.
