Camana Bay’s culinary scene just got a little tastier! Dart Real Estate is pleased to announce the newest addition to the Camana Bay community, Island Naturals Café and Retail.
Camana Bay will be the second location for the brand’s restaurant and retail operations. Island Naturals’ current restaurant and retail space, located in Coconut Plaza on West Bay Road, will remain open.
Island Naturals is the newest small business to call Camana Bay home and joins a thriving Town Centre with over 60 shops, services and eateries. While there is no confirmed opening date, owner Lindsay Allen stated that patrons will be the first to be informed, promising: “We will keep everyone updated via social media as we get closer.”
One of the main attractions of moving to Camana Bay was the ability to expand in a way that allows Island Naturals to offer a more relaxed dining experience. “Our location in Camana Bay will really allow us the space we need, including a large outdoor area that we plan to furnish comfortably – perfect for catching up with friends over a coffee or taking a casual lunch break from the office,” Ms. Allen explained.
“We have been looking for another location for some time now to allow our brand to grow, which will allow us to offer more and do more for the community. Camana Bay was a natural fit because of the atmosphere the town centre offers,” added Ms. Allen. “We feel Camana Bay will allow for an enjoyable shopping experience and this new location will help the mind, body and soul vision of the brand really come together.”
With this announcement, Camana Bay’s retail space is now almost fully leased. For more on the available space remaining in Camana Bay or other commercial space on Grand Cayman, click here to contact a member of our leasing team today.
