The magical spirit of endless summers is alive at Camana Bay, Dart Real Estate’s flagship development—a lively town boasting 151,000 square feet of leased retail space and over 40 locally owned shops, one of which is opening its doors this month. Forever Summer is a new fashion destination offering an array of affordable and stylish apparel for women. Located on the Paseo in Camana Bay (across from Island Jewellers), the boutique aims to capture the essence of an everlasting summer filled with beauty, warmth and fun.

Owned and operated by Catherine and Ian Dawson-James, the duo behind the chic Sand Angels, Activ Angels and Little Angels boutiques, Forever Summer is a fresh concept that aims to deliver affordable summer fashion to discerning shoppers.

“We wanted to capture that nostalgic feeling of long summer days and nights filled with fun and freedom,” says Catherine. “Most of us have experienced those breezy, light-filled moments and wished they’d never end … dancing in the sand, falling in love, laughing with friends, feeling beautiful. We’re keeping that alive at Forever Summer.”

Catherine explains that all inventory is personally selected by their fashion design team and will be available in limited quantities, with new and diverse styles arriving weekly.

“We’re offering a stunning selection of on-trend fashion that will appeal to a wide audience,” she says. “And we expect there will be a high demand due to affordable pricing and limited quantities, so we encourage everyone to visit us often so they don’t miss out on that perfect outfit.”

The Forever Summer team got a glimpse of that high demand when they hosted a pop-up beach cabana at KAABOO, the international festival that took place last month next to the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa and The Residences at Seafire.

“We were thrilled to have a presence at KAABOO,” Catherine says. “Our Forever Summer preview was extremely well received and people are super excited for the shop’s opening!”

Catherine, who has over 25 years of retail fashion experience in the Cayman Islands alone, says that she and her husband Ian are proud to introduce this totally new retail concept to Camana Bay. “There’s a level of professionalism and attention to detail that we both share, not to mention a spirit of community and a true dedication to our customers. Naturally, we’re very pleased to be opening Forever Summer at Camana Bay and building on that sense of place.”
