Jennifer joined Dart in 2016, initially creating marketing and business development initiatives that formed part of the commercial leasing strategic plans, before officially moving into the leasing team. As Senior Manager, Business Development she is part of a cross-functional Business Development team in Dart’s Real Estate division and oversees the leasing activity for Dart Real Estate.

Jennifer relocated to the Cayman Islands in 2005 from the United Kingdom. Her strong business development background spans over 16 years across the hospitality industry, with Marriott International and publishing. Jennifer was head of sales at the Cayman Free Press prior to joining Dart and as such has a wide community reach and understanding of business needs in the Cayman Islands. Jennifer’s six years in hospitality is the foundation for her exceptional client service, drive for success and business acumen.

Jackie Doak is President of Business Development at Dart, where she directs the development and execution of Dart group’s overall Business Development strategy. Previously President of Dart Real Estate, Jackie has been involved in creating exceptional places and experiences in Grand Cayman for more than 15 years. Her responsibilities include developing the business community at Camana Bay, a hub for professional and financial services, and working in partnership with private and public entities to promote the jurisdiction overseas.

A qualified lawyer with a passion for place-making, Jackie first joined Dart in 2003 as Vice President of Sales and Leasing and was part of the sustainable development team that conceptualised Camana Bay. A natural facilitator, Jackie creates connections with people and businesses seeking to relocate or invest in the Cayman Islands. Her experience in commercial and residential real estate, knowledge of the corporate offshore industry and talent for building mutually beneficial relationships makes Jackie a natural advocate for living and doing business in the Cayman Islands.
