The Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa is Dart Real Estate’s first hotel, Kimpton’s first international property and Grand Cayman’s first new resort in more than a decade.
Boundless open-air architecture, commanding views of Seven Mile Beach and the North Sound at every turn and meandering gardens are surrounded by Caymanian flavour and Kimpton spirit. The resort boasts three diverse restaurants – Ave, Avecita and Coccoloba – plus two oceanview pools and bar, more than 9,000 square feet of meeting rooms, expansive outdoor events spaces and a spa with a secret water garden.
Almost all of Kimpton Seafire’s 266 guest rooms feature water views. A distinctive presidential suite overlooks Grand Cayman with panoramic views while beachfront bungalows offer “toes in the sand” exclusivity.
Spanning 144 acres sea to sea from Seven Mile Beach to the North Sound, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman unites the top names in every field to offer its guests one-of-a-kind experiences. The resort features 365 guest rooms and suites, la prairie Spa, five dining venues including a Blue by Eric Ripert, a tennis center by Nick Bollettieri, Ambassadors of the Environment by the Jean-Michel Cousteau family program and The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Grand Cayman – featuring a Greg Norman-designed nine-hole golf course.
In 2015, Dart Real Estate began searching for a luxury hotel brand that would elevate the Cayman Islands’ tourism industry and complement Dart Real Estate’s approach as a developer in the Caribbean. Preliminary master planning is underway for the future five-star resort to be built along Seven Mile Beach in the vicinity of Camana Bay.
The resort will feature approximately 225 guest rooms, 80 residences and 10 villas with ocean views of Seven Mile Beach, the North Sound and the Camana Bay Town Centre.
The quaint resort of Paradise Villas consists of 12 oceanfront cottages set on the south coast of Little Cayman, the smallest of the three Cayman Islands. Each cottage has one bedroom, a private verandah, kitchenette and dining area and is suitable for couples, families, divers and those simply looking to unplug and relax. Sway in a hammock on the water’s edge, explore the island by bike or scooter, go on an adventure through nature trails or spend a day diving one of the world’s top dive sites, the Bloody Bay Wall.
