As September brings a new start to the school year it also signals a beginning of a new chapter for Cayman International School. This month we begin laying the foundation of Cayman International School’s expansion, paving the way for more students to have access to a world-class education.
Cayman International School Expansion Breaks Ground
Cayman International School’s expansion started in earnest this month when the concrete foundation on this US$60 million dollar development was poured. Once the project is completed in 2020, the capacity of the school for elementary and high school students will be doubled.

Dart Real Estate and NCB Group Partner for Camana Bay Residential
We are excited to have entered into a partnership with NCB Group to develop the first for-sale residential community in Camana Bay. Led by Justin Howe, Senior Vice President of Development, and featuring designs by local architecture firm TRIO, the residences range from 1-bedroom condominiums to 4-bedroom townhouses. Construction for the first phase is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2019.
Dart Real Estate tenants will have a preferred option to purchase homes at Camana Bay in October.

Raleigh Quay Progresses
Led by Vice President of Construction Management Gary Gibbs, our development team has made significant progress on our plans to reshape the Raleigh Quay terminus near the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa. Our goal for the area is to increase the flow of pedestrians by providing more parking spaces and easier access to Seven Mile Beach. A US$1.5 million purpose-built watersports center is also underway.
The construction continues for the planned festival site and the new parking areas are expected to benefit attendees at the KAABOO music festival taking place February 15-16, 2019.
