We hope you enjoy our new visual development update! This first issue focuses on Camana Bay and related infrastructure.
ONE NEXUS WAY
Construction of One Nexus Way, 18 Forum Lane’s sister building, is in progress and on target for completion in September 2017. It, too, is designed for LEED Gold certification and together these buildings create Camana Bay’s largest courtyard.
CAMANA BAY ACCESS ROAD OPENS
A new access road is now open providing an entrance to Camana Bay at the Century 21 roundabout, creating better future connectivity with Britannia.
MARIS AVENUE BRIDGE
This new 100-foot bridge connecting Camana Bay’s Town Centre to the Festival Green allows access to both vehicles and pedestrians, while boats up to 18-feet can pass underneath. Construction is well underway and the bridge is slated to open later this year.
We are actively studying for-sale residential opportunities north of the Town Centre as well as masterplanning the connectivity between Camana Bay and Britannia.
CAMANA BAY UNDERPASS
Beams are in place in the Esterley Tibbetts Highway underpass and the highway realignment and expansion continues. The portion through the Town Centre will open in early 2017. The widening of the Esterley Tibbetts Highway south of Camana Bay to the Butterfield roundabout continues.
