The 2017 Governor’s Awards for Design and Construction Excellence ceremony was held on Thursday at the Governor’s Residence, with 18 Forum Lane at Camana Bay Town Center and the “Linger Longer” Silverman Residence winning this year’s awards in the commercial and residential categories, respectively.

We’re opening the road to the future just in time for the New Year.

In addition to ongoing major infrastructure projects in the area and the construction of a new Class A office building, Dart has plans to build even more office buildings at Camana Bay, expand CIS and develop a large shopping plaza with integrated residential units, as well as a residential tower.
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is Camana Bay’s newest commercial tenant. Last December, the firm relocated its Cayman Islands office from George Town to the brand-new LEED Gold-certified building, 18 Forum Lane, and this move introduced Camana Bay’s commercial community to nearly 200 new neighbours.
